Muhammad Ivan Fadhil Hendrawan is a multifaceted engineer and business executive with a wealth of knowledge in strategic company development, production planning, marketing, and sales.  He has a solid background in technical and managerial positions and has successfully worked in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, oil and gas, industrial lifting solutions, and strategic marketing.  
Ivan works at PT. Spanset Indonesia as an Account Manager. He specializes in selling high-safety and synthetic lifting goods, offering customized solutions for sectors including manufacturing, shipping, mining, and construction.  Securing multimillion-rupiah contracts and spearheading new market expansions for roll-on/roll-off (RoRo) vessels are just two examples of the substantial business growth that has resulted from his astute market analysis and savvy negotiating abilities.  
He refined his strategic marketing abilities at PT. Centra Technology Indonesia prior to this, where he created thorough business plans, created powerful digital campaigns, and greatly increased brand awareness through SEO optimization and targeted advertising. He started his industrial operations career with PT. Prima Teknik Trada, where he oversaw sales, inventory control, and production planning for automation and stamping machines.  His leadership was essential in achieving multimillion-rupiah procurement deals and developing alliances with key industry players, optimizing industrial processes and supply chain efficiency.
Ivan has also worked in the aerospace industry. During his internship at PT GMF AeroAsia, he helped create preventative maintenance plans for the compressor wash systems of Boeing 777 GE90 engines, which ensured operational reliability in aircraft maintenance.
With an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Gadjah Mada University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universitas Sebelas Maret, Ivan combines technical expertise with a strategic business mindset. His leadership extends beyond his professional career—he served as Chief Operating Officer of the MBA Student Association at UGM, overseeing academic collaborations and student engagement, and as General Manager of the Bengawan Team UNS, leading his team to multiple victories in prestigious international energy-efficient vehicle competitions.
